"Hello, Delight!" is an interactive exhibition that offers a unique cultural journey. Visitors can experience personalized poetry, become a K-drama protagonist, and explore Moon Song shaped by their voice while discovering virtual cityscapes. The exhibition seamlessly combines creativity and technology to create an immersive experience.

Ticket Information
How to book tickets?

Book Hello, Delight! tickets online now. You can purchase tickets at See Tickets, Eventbrite, Golden Tour, and Visit London.

Can I purchase a ticket at the door?

Yes, you can purchase a ticket at the venue providing the session you are inquiring about is not sold out.

What age is “Hello, Delight!” suitable for?

The media art exhibition is suitable for all ages.

Do children need to pay for a ticket?

Children under 4 years old are admitted free of charge. For children between the ages of 4 and 12, special pricing is available.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your e-tickets will be emailed to you, and you can display them on your phone.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone.

Can I make a Group Booking or do you offer discount for groups?

Yes, we have an option for purchases of over 4 people. Please select the group tickets when making your purchase. For larger groups of over 10 people, please contact a member of our team at [email protected].

What types of IDs are accepted?

Student ID card issued by schools or universities, passport, driver’s license. Physical card, photocopied images, and mobile cards are all acceptable. Above IDs issued in countries outside the UK are also acceptable.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

What is the exchange policy?

You can exchange your ticket through the Customer Service portal. This service option allows you to switch to tickets of equal or higher value for a different date or time. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer support team at [email protected].

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 15 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you are late or experience any travel issues, please speak to one of our staffs at our exhibition upon arrival and they will try and accommodate your booking at the next available slot. This is not guaranteed.

Can I bring animals?

Animals won’t be allowed at the exhibition, in order to make sure artworks won’t be affected. Only guide dogs are allowed.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons. Food and drinks are not allowed inside.

Will food and beverages be available on-site for purchase?

No, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.

Can I bring food or drinks into the exhibition space?

Unfortunately, no food or beverage is to be consumed inside the exhibition. You will be asked to dispose of any open foods/beverages before entering the exhibition.

What can I expect from “Hello, Delight!”?

“Hello, Delight!” is an interactive exhibition at London’s Borough Yards, blending Korean tradition with AI technology. Visitors can experience personalized poetry, become a K-drama protagonist, explore Moon Song shaped by their voice, and virtual cityscapes, combining creativity and technology for a unique cultural journey.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 60 to 80 minutes.

Is there Wi-Fi at the exhibition?

Yes, you can access free Wi-Fi.

Is there an exhibition app?

Yes, the exhibition app allows you to uncover the hidden augmented reality throughout the exhibition along with handy maps and room descriptions. It’s available on Google Play and Apple Store.

Is this a kid-friendly environment?

This exhibition is enjoyable for both adults and children. Please supervise children to prevent them from touching exhibits or engaging in unsafe behaviour.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

What if the weather is bad?

Given this is an indoor event, the weather will not have any impact on the event running.

Is there air conditioning?

There is no air conditioning.

Will there be strobe lights?

Some of the contents in this exhibition feature strobe lights and areas of loud sound. The show contains bright, flashing lights that may cause discomfort and/or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy. Therefore it is not recommended for those with photosensitivity and sensitivity to noise.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Accessibility and Facilities
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The exhibition is only wheelchair accessible on the ground floor, and tickets for reduced mobility are available.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

Wheelchairs are not available for rent.

Can I bring in a pushchair or pram?

Pushchairs or prams are not allowed in the experience, but they can be stored at the ticket office.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Carers are welcomed at the exhibition with free admission upon showing the appropriate documentation at the entrance. Please note that the guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket. Here are a few of the documents we accept:

  • Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
  • Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
  • Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
  • CredAbility Access Card – +1 category requirement.
  • A recognized Assistance Dog ID Card.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

The Exhibition is accessible for deaf and hard of hearing customers. It is compiled mainly of visual displays.

Are service dogs allowed?

Yes.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

Unfortunately, the exhibition has a very strong visual component, so we don’t recommend it for those who are visually impaired.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

There are parts of the exhibition where you will be able to sit, but there are others where you will be standing. If you have any special conditions, please ask the staff so they can help you.

Will restrooms be available on-site?

There are no restroom facilities within the exhibition itself, but there are toilet facilities in Borough Yards.

Are there lockers available at the venue?

No.

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at Borough Yards unit 219-221, Clink St, London, SE1 9DG.

Which public transportation can I use?

Train & Underground: The closest rail and tube station is London Bridge using the Borough Market exit (2-minute walk). Borough and Southwark station are both a 7-minute walk.

By Bus: Buses 344, 381, N343 and N381 stop at The Hop Exchange.

By Bike:  There are 64 bicycle spaces available at Borough Yards, with bike parking bays around Borough Market. The nearest Santander Cycle docking station is on Park Street, SE1 9EQ.

Is there parking available?

There’s no parking at the venue.
